Prices aren't as high in the States yet as they could be, we've had a comparatively warm winter so far, but even so, heating oil, natural gas, and electricity costs are up more than a third over last year, higher in some areas. The silver lining is that it'll induce folks to insulate, conserve and so on, but high energy prices always hits hardest those with the least disposable income.
