Dec. 2nd, 2005 02:32 pmI don't normally regularly repost truthout.org stuff here, figuring that if you wanted to subscribe to their news feed, you would have already done it. But this excerpted list of stories today alternately makes me want to run around dancing like a loon, and bang my head repeatedly into my desk (well-cushioned at the moment by stacks of pre-vacation paperwork). Maybe there are clues here to be had. Maybe this nation will continue to wake up and smell the fact that we're not standing in a garden of roses, we're standing hip-deep in an ever-deepening pile of bullsh*t. But you know, all this manure we're in makes me hope that with some more planting and tending, maybe before too long, we'll be back in a garden after all. May it be so.
Abramoff Corruption Scandal Grows
