Colin Devlin video

A bit more emo than my usual fare, but this video from an upcoming album release by an artist I'd never heard of (suppose I'm out of touch, have had my head fairly buried in trad stuff recently), is rather a decent simple tune, a good voice, and a well-made video, in a fun, deliberately over the top, over-stylized way (at least I hope it was deliberate). It's seasonal, I liked it, thought some of you might, too:

I think this is his first solo album, he's been in a band called (simply enough) the Devlins, and they've apparently done a lot of soundtrack pieces for TV. Since I pretty much don't watch TV, except for DVDs, etc, I missed 'em.

Yeah, they haven't reached massive heights of success -- I think the only reason I know about them is they opened for Tori Amos on tour several years ago. Skillful music, but not my think. The video is lovely though. :)
