Happy St. Patrick's Day (or Lá Fhéile Pádraig, or even seachtain na Gaeilge for those who are hard-core ;>) to all my Irish bretheren...and everybody's Irish on St. Paddy's Day!

(and yes, I am wearing green all over, including a tastefully over-the-top shamrock tie...)

Hear, hear...and I say there's plenty more perfectly fine formally-*purely* pagan festivals and holidays out there that are ripe for reclamation. I say we start with Saturnalia. I mean, really - Jesus was born in the spring (April or May, I believe). Leave our party be!
