quick note on Feri Camp
Feb. 28th, 2008 10:02 amPlease pass the word to everyone who you know has been interested in Feri Camp, particularly those who have sent in requests for registration. I've heard a few cases where some folks said they haven't heard back from me about their registration query, and I have gotten a few notes saying "Haven't heard back yet, wanted to check in to make sure I was on the list."

There have been 65 requests for registration forms over the last three days, and I've sent replies to every request I've received, on the same day, and usually within 2 hours of receipt (unless it came in while I was asleep). So if you sent a query, you should definitely have heard back by now with a confirmation that I have your email address and you're on the list to receive a registration form.
I know emails are going out successfully on this end because there have been a number of conversations back and forth with people about airports, food, site info and so on. If you sent a registration form request and don't seem to have received anything from me, please check your spam filters -- often things can get stuck there if you're communicating with someone you haven't emailed before. If you don't know how to check your spam filter, best bet is to check with your Internet Service Provider, who should be able to give you that info.
If all else fails, call the phone number on the original announcement (603.863.8393), between 9-11pm eastern time only, please, and I will be happy to confirm that you're on the list to receive a registration form. Forms will go out sometime this weekend, and will be sent to the email address from which you requested the form.
Thanks,

Date: 2008-02-29 02:13 pm (UTC)My suggestion would be to contact Yahoo Mail and report the issue, and/or get a backup free email account from some other provider (like Google Mail) and send me the new address to make absolutely sure the registration form gets to you.
