Oct. 10th, 2007 12:24 pmThis cool, damp, misty Fall day (first frost may come this weekend...) has me thinking of next year's planting, when we're planning to expand the gardens and do more food crops (this year's experiments were mostly successful, and quite delicious!)

I've thought about turning the paddock into gardens and orchard space, but I'm not ready to give up the possibility of livestock (I'm in the final bits of the process of turning the horse barn into dorm/meeting space, but everything I am doing is with an eye towards dual use or reversibility should we decide to revert and do llamas or some such)
