chelidonThis is just wicked cool: Viking ship to ply North Sea; no invasion planned I wanna go...and not just because it ends in Dublin (where, one presumes, a somewhat warmer welcome will await than in times past...)
One of my high school teachers had sailed on the Hōkūle'a, and they learned so much about the sophistication and amazing accuracy of ancient navigational methods during those voyages. I suspect the "Viking" crew will have similar lessons. Reclaiming the lore of the past is a good thing.
