To be fair, she did die *with* an infected toenail, not *of* an infected toenail...so either she died of something else whilst incidentally suffering from an infected toenail, or whilst *in the company of* an infected toenail. :O

Believe it or now, I spent months in university decomposing and formally representing all of the explicit and implicit knowledge in the sentence, "the boy ran under the bridge." Turns out it's one bounded path, one unbounded path, and and one semi-bounded path with a fixed endpoint. Who knew? And more importantly, who cares? ;>
