back again

I'm home after a blissful, if damp, several days out camping, meeting (ugh), drumming, brainstorming, networking, ritualizing, and just plain hangin' with my family and a couple of hundred of my closest friends out in the Berkshires. It was...beyond fabulous. More news on that and other things later -- for now, while I catch up on work and prepare for a series of beloved houseguests this week, note that the Sci Fi channel is now broadcasting Dr. Who and Battlestar Galactica episodes online.

mmm, yes, I really missed your and Raven's presence very much, and it would have been an even better event if you'd been there! Maybe you both can come out and visit this side of the pond sometime in the Fall -- it's absolutely gorgeous out here then (or even more gorgeous than usual :>)

Yeah, as much fun as it was, and as deeply good as the work was, I also couldn't wait to get back home, back to my land and the rest of my household and extended family, whom I missed very much, even while enjoying a few restful days away. I figure that's a good thing, though, deeply missing home and all :>

Me too, believe me. The weather was a bit dodgy at times, but it was still very beautiful, and the facilities were just great for eating and meeting, ritualizing, and music-making. I missed your planned trip out this way very much. And it just didn't work out this time, life happens, but there will be others, you know there will be. And we'll get to hang out on your side of the pond soon enough, and perhaps you and Hol can make a trip out this way in the Fall, a great time to visit, too!
