some pics

I've posted a huge bunch of pics I took at Hamilton Pool, near Austin, a few weeks back (with a few sunset shots at the end, taken over Lake Travis from what's left of the old Oasis restaurant). I've got enough going on that I just posted them all instead of picking out the best, so there's a lot to wade through, but with the late afternoon light throwing shadows and reflections...I'm really happy with a number of them. If any place could be callled "photogenic," Hamilton Pool certainly was that day.

I had a wonderful, magical experience at Hamilton Pool. Thanks for sharing your pics. They're wonderful, and seeing them helps me reminisce.

You're very welcome...it seemed to me also to be a very special place, and has a lovely, lovely feel. And because of the season, and it being the end of the day, Bonnie and Chad and I had the whole place to ourself after the first 10 minutes or so...marvelous!
