A decent article on Yezidis that someone pointed out to me recently, for all yiz good Feri folk.. By coincidence, I discovered last night that a big ol' peacock feather wand makes a great prop for dancing ;>

It seems we keep missing your calls! We'd planned to go last night, but after a day of having electricians here to finish up the wiring in the wacked-out kitchen, and then various other things among them not enough sleep the night before, we both zonked out, and woke up in that "maybe too much sleep, maybe need more" state. Today CP's teaching the Enochian class & I'm putting up sheetrock in the kitchen (yay!) and then I start building the cabinetry, once I figure out whether I'm going to put in a trash compactor...

Or maybe I'll just work on that fight scene instead. Hrm... Holler again if you'll be around before you go -- phone's on, and I'm keeping it nearby. (I think it was your call I missed yesterday evening?)

I was bummed that our paths never crossed this past trip, but I'll be out again, for sure, and perhaps Dame Synchronicity will be more on our side next time! And heck, by next time you'll be all done with renovation, right? (*grin*) Today I'm fixing the washing machine and putting in a sink, miself...

It weirds me out that Feri is friendly to Yezidism, even though it makes entirely too much sense. (Insert placeholder for longer, private conversation.)
