Happy (Julian) New Year!
Dec. 31st, 2005 04:58 pmMay your year to come be better than the last, and may it ever be so each year hereafter!
This past year, more than anything else, I am grateful to have come to a clearer understanding of how very much I am loved, and of how very much I can love. And I am grateful for coming through the year knowing that I very, very much believe in love. It's nearly impossible to deny what's right in front of your eyes. The universe is a place of infinite wonder, and infinite possibility.
Next year I resolve to play more, to make more music, to write down more of my own tales, to take more time doing nothing, to more fully trust my instincts about people, to spend more time with those people, situations and projects which truly matter, and to build a treehouse, a yurt, or both. Oh, and pie. I think I need to eat more pie. And buy something seriously delicious in leather or silk, for me or someone I love. Maybe soon. Ah-yup. Okay, that's plenty.
Have a luscious New Year's Eve, and chat wi' ye all next year!
