chelidoncatchingcatchingcatching up on workworkwork and all the many joys of being back home with family and household again, will probably get to posting some pictures of the post-camp trip before getting on to writing up some bits of camp lore, but in the meantime...
For those interested in Gaelic-language traditional music, these folks, out of Skye, have a lovely catalog of artists and albums. ravenedgewalker and I also got to see the legendary Scottish fiddler, Alasdair Fraser, and his cellist-prodigy touring companion, Natalie Haas, while we were on Skye, and it was purely amazing (despite the failure of the sound system, and Alasdair's fiddle losing a string in rather dramatic fashion, and himself having to ask to borrow a fiddle from someone in the audience -- which, this being Skye, was immediately offered ;>)
