morning vignette

After dropping my son off at the schoolbus this morning, breakfast consisted of the last remnants of a bag of sour cream and onion chips, a piece of the homemade gorgonzola, peppers, onions and chicken-rosemary sausage pizza with chipotle my Lovely Housemate made for dinner yesterday, and the rest of a piece of cappucino chocolate mousse cake left over from dessert, drinks and coffee my partner and I shared at a local Italian restaurant last night. I'm not sure whether to be delighted or appalled, but either way, it was all yummy, and I am glad I am an adult and can choose to do these things on occasion ;>

This morning, a new 20" iMac showed up from Apple. No, I don't get to keep it, it's on loan for a month to do a review, but still, *toys!*

Shortly I have to do a phone interview for an article I need to write over the weekend, and then off to town to run some errands and have lunch with one of my Lovely Housemates, then back home to install some of the flooring in my office. And a lovely Springtime weekend on the land and writing and working on the house, by myself, and with family and dear friends in turn. And for now, I have a happy cat curled up in my lap. Not all is right with the world, but much is.

We've had the 20" imac for about a month or so now - my husband's toy, I still haven't had any time on it LOL let me know what you think!
